If you are the high bidder, you will receive an email and a phone call confirming your bid following the 4 p.m. close of the Auction on Sunday evening, November 18, 2007. At that time, we will need your payment information and your plan to pick up the item(s). Payment may be made by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Payment must be made before items are removed from Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center.
Items may be picked up from Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, 4950 Essen Lane, Baton Rouge on Sunday, November 18, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Monday, November 19, 2007. Please note: Items will not be available for pick up before 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 18. Payment and pick-up arrangements must be made no later than Tuesday, November 20, 2007, by 5 p.m. CDT or the item is subject to being sold to the next highest bidder. If an item must be shipped to the winning bidder, it will be the responsibility of that bidder to make all arrangements for shipping and pay all costs associated with shipping.
